This form is provided to consumers resident in Türkiye before a purchase, as required by Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. The Turkish text is the binding version; below is an English summary. Confirming your order creates an obligation to pay.

Summary

Seller / provider: LA CLARTÉ, laclarte.org. Requests and complaints: bonjour@laclarte.app.
Service: a personal facial aesthetics analysis report (web and PDF), a personal improvement plan and monthly updates, plus any one-time add-ons you select. The report is not medical advice; before/after and style images are illustrative simulations.
Price and payment:the total including all taxes shown as "Due today" at checkout, paid by card through Stripe. The monthly fee renews on each renewal date until you cancel. There are no delivery or processing fees.
Delivery: electronically, usually within 7 days of uploading the requested photos, or 24 to 48 hours with Express Delivery.
Term and cancellation: an ongoing monthly subscription you can end at any time, without reason or penalty, effective at the end of the paid period.
Withdrawal and refunds: the 14-day statutory withdrawal right does not apply once performance starts with your approval at checkout; independently, any charge is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Disputes: Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Türkiye, within the annual monetary limits.
