Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes how LA CLARTÉ collects, uses and shares information that may be considered consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws, such as Nevada's. Our general practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Consumer health data we collect and why

  • Face photos and face geometry (measurements of facial landmarks, proportions and symmetry): to prepare, deliver and update the aesthetic report you request.
  • Questionnaire answers about your skin, smoking and other habits, and your interest in aesthetic or surgical procedures: to personalize your report and plan.
  • Report results, including aesthetic assessments and procedure-related information: to show you your report.
  • Purchases of procedure-related add-ons, such as Surgical Recommendations: to deliver what you bought and to process payments and refunds.

2. Sources

We collect this data directly from you (your photos, answers and purchases) and create some of it ourselves from that information (measurements and report content).

3. Consumer health data we share

  • Photos, face geometry, questionnaire answers and report content, shared only with service providers that process it on our behalf to provide the Service.
  • Purchase information, including product codes that can show that you bought a procedure-related add-on, shared with our payment processor and with our advertising platform to measure our ads.

We do not sell consumer health data.

4. Categories of third parties

  • hosting, database and file storage providers;
  • image processing and report production providers;
  • email delivery providers;
  • payment processors;
  • advertising measurement platforms (Meta).

We have no affiliates with whom we share consumer health data.

5. Your rights and how to use them

You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data and to access it, including a list of the third parties and affiliates with whom we shared it; to delete it; and to withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email bonjour@laclarte.appfrom the email address on your account. We respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying with the subject line "Appeal"; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
