Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement applies to purchases by consumers resident in Türkiye and is concluded under Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation). Summary

Seller / provider: LA CLARTÉ, laclarte.org, bonjour@laclarte.app.
Subject: the facial aesthetics analysis membership and any one-time add-ons you purchase on laclarte.org.
Price: the total price including all taxes shown on the checkout page. The monthly membership fee is charged on each renewal date until you cancel; add-ons do not renew.
Delivery: electronically, in your account, usually within 7 days of uploading the requested photos, or 24 to 48 hours with the Express Delivery add-on.
Cancellation:at any time, without reason or penalty, in Settings › Subscription & Billing or by email; effective at the end of the paid period.
Withdrawal: Turkish law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal for services, which does not apply to services whose performance begins with your approval before the period ends. You approve immediate performance at checkout. Separately, we refund any charge in full if you ask within 7 days.
Disputes: Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Türkiye, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
